Originally from San Luis Obispo, California Rebecca's small town authenticity and integrity, coupled with her discernment and sophistication she gained while working inside some of LA's most prominent households, gives her the edge when searching for the perfect candidate. She knows firsthand, what to look for in her applicants and even her competitors contact her when they can't find the right nanny for their clients! Rebecca also grew up in a household that depended upon reliable and trustworthy household help, as her father is a quadriplegic (from a mountain biking accident). Service and people-oriented right from the start, Rebecca earned her college degree in Human Services, with an emphasis in counseling, from California State University Fullerton. This early training has helped Rebecca provide not only the highest degree of professionalism in the industry, but the critical human touch, as well.
Always the team player, Rebecca excelled in sports throughout her college years. Upon graduation, Rebecca heard the call to help others and enlisted in the Peace Corps in Paraguay, South America, which gave her a huge appreciation for various cultures and lifestyles.
When she's not matchmaking household professionals with demanding and appreciative families, Rebecca loves spending quality time with her husband, family and friends, working out, traveling and de-stressing from the demands of her very busy and highly successful staffing agency.
