  • English is a requirement for all candidates
  • Pre-placement assessment, to personally introduce your family to the VIP Agency
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience is required of every applicant
  • VIP candidates are all CPR and First Aid Certified (w/in 30 days of being placed)
  • Rigorous background checks include: a criminal check, driving history, work references and Social Security verification
  • 8-page application
  • Personal interview with VIP Founder/President, Rebecca Stewart
