Our Fees
VIP Nanny Placement

A $450 non-refundable registration fee is required to begin a search. Additional fees apply for out-of-state and international placements. Please contact us for more information and to request a full fee schedule.

A placement fee of 18% of the employee’s total gross annual compensation or $3,500, whichever is greater.
180-day replacement period
Motor Vehicle Report
Enhanced Security Background Investigation
Verification of First Aid and CPR Certifications
Criminal History Search Including all locations lived in past 7 years
Professional Employment Agreement Tailored to Client’s Household Employment Situation
National Wants and Warrants Search
Legally Drafted Confidentiality Agreement
Social Security Number Trace
One year of complimentary Sitter Placement Service from VIP for absences due to the employee’s vacation or sick days. (Client pays the sitter directly at their regular hourly rate)
Other Domestic Employees

Including but not limited to housekeepers, chefs, etc. 

20% of the total gross annual compensation ($5,000 minimum) with a 3-month replacement policy.

Temporary Placements

1 week - 6 months.

Including baby nurses, nannies, newborn specialists, etc. 

25% of the gross wages ($500 minimum).

Out-of-California and International Placements

25% of total gross annual compensation ($7,000 minimum).

Our Screening
Process

VIP Nannies Inc. is  consistently screening and selecting only the top candidates to fill the variety of positions our families are looking for! Many of our VIP’s have a strong background in education, child development, and have some form of higher collegiate education making them highly qualified in their field!

Each applicant we represent must meet or surpass the minimum qualifications listed below:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
with exceptional references
Clean driving record and 5 point background check
Legal to work in the United States
CPR/First Aid Certified (willing to get certified)
At least 21 years of age
Social Media Check
Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
Trustline Registered
Have a valid US Driver’s License
In-person interview with VIP Nannies Inc., Household Staffing team member.
In addition to the minimum requirements we welcome candidates
with but do not require:
Child Development Courses
The ability to speak more than one language.
College Education
Passion for cooking.
Teaching/ Tutoring Experience
Special Certifications; Swimming, Parenting Philosophies (ie. RIE, Attachment)
Passion for the Arts and Theater
Travel Experience
