"Total gross annual compensation" includes all compensation in whatever form, including but not limited to hourly wages and salary, received by the Candidate from Client per week multiplied by 52, or per month multiplied by 12, regardless of length of contract.
- Long-Term, Full-time (31 hours/week or more):
15% of total gross annual compensation ($3,000 minimum) - Long-Term, Part-time (30 hours /week or less):
15% of total gross annual compensation ($2,000 minimum) - Out of State and International Candidate's:
25% of total gross annual compensation. - Temporary Candidate (1-90 days):
25% of gross wages ($350 minimum) - Baby Nurse/Newborn Specialist:
25% of gross wages- ($250 deposit in advance to secure services) - Sitter Service:
Annual membership of $350 (unlimited access to a number of highly qualified sitters). There is a $35 per day booking fee paid to VIP Nannies & Household Staffing. Clients agree to pay the Sitter directly, the agreed upon hourly salary at the end of the Sitter's shift. - Hotel Sitter's: $65 per day fee paid to VIP Nannies & Household Staffing for each Sitter employed. Clients agree to pay Sitter directly, the agreed upon hourly salary at the end of the Sitter's shift.
