Wonderful first time parents are looking to hire an experienced career nanny to provide attentive, developmentally focused care for their infant. The family is seeking someone interested in a long-term placement who brings professionalism, warmth, and discretion to the role.

Nanny MUST demonstrate longevity in previous nanny roles (3+ years), no exceptions!
Strong understanding of infant development (tummy time, sensory play, language exposure)
Experience with infant sleep routines and scheduling
Enjoys engaged, floor-based play and developmental interaction
Calm, proactive communicator who works well independently while respecting family preferences

The nanny should have prior experience traveling with young children and be comfortable maintaining routines while integrating seamlessly into family travel. The family travels internationally and domestically 7-10 times per year. Trips range anywhere from three days to three weeks. This is an extremely active family- you must be able to swim and enjoy outdoor activities.
