Are you looking for a long-term role with a super great family? This VIP family temporarily relocated to Montecito until June 2026, when they will move back to their home in Pacific Palisades (after the girls finish their next school year) and are looking for an awesome family assistant!

The girls are 10 and 12 and going into fifth and seventh grades. They are pretty self-sufficient but the family would love someone that has nice rapport with the girls and who they feel comfortable around as you will need to pick them up from school and maintain the schedule (tutors, activities) after school once or twice a week when mom is in LA. She is traveling back and forth between LA and SB with various work and house building appointments but will otherwise be working from home. They mostly need help with family schedule management and tasks around the house (scheduling appointments, activities for kids, errand running, organizing around the house, managing house staff (gardener, housekeeper, chef) which is minimal now as it is a rental but will be picking up as they prepare to move back.

They have a guest apartment with separate entry and kitchen/bath for you to stay in as well as the family Escalade to drive while up there. They are also flexible depending on what you schedule you would like to work, Monday to Thursday or Monday through Friday.

Schedule:
30-40 hours per week
Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday
