A high-profile, warm, and welcoming family with two young daughters (ages 2 years and 8 months) is seeking an experienced, full-charge career nanny to join their household. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has prior experience working in the home of athletes and/or high profile families, and traveling with families.

The family is primarily based in Dallas, Texas, but resides in New Jersey from August through February each year. The nanny must be comfortable working in both locations. During the New Jersey portion of the year, this is a live-in role. The family will provide flights back to Dallas for scheduled time off, arranged mutually in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

*Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for two young children
*Manage all aspects of the children’s daily routines, including feeding, naps, activities, and hygiene
*Plan engaging, age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
*Travel with the family domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice
*Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children
*Support early childhood development with a thoughtful, proactive approach

Schedule & Flexibility:
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Flexibility to stay later as needed
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules

Ideal Candidate:

*Experienced career nanny with a strong background in infant and toddler care
*Prior experience traveling with families (required)
*Warm, polished, and professional demeanor
*Embraces values of Southern hospitality, including manners and respectful communication (“Yes sir,” “No
ma’am,” “Please,” and “Thank you”)
*Highly organized, proactive, and dependable
*Comfortable in both live-in and live-out arrangements
*Able to relocate or already based in Texas (preference given to Texas-based candidates)
