A warm and welcoming family with a 4-month-old baby is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny to join their household. As first-time parents, they are looking for someone who can provide not only attentive care but also guidance and confidence in supporting their child’s early development.

Schedule:

3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; however the family can be flexible with the days.
Hours: Approximately 2:00/3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Occasional weekend support appreciated (flexibility preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide attentive, loving care for a 4-month-old infant
* Support age-appropriate developmental milestones through play and interaction
* Maintain baby’s feeding, nap, and daily routines
* Light baby-related housekeeping (bottle prep/cleaning, tidying play areas, laundry)
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding baby’s progress and needs

Ideal Candidate:
* Has prior infant care experience, especially with babies under 1 year
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of early childhood development
* Is proactive, intuitive, and confident in guiding first-time parents when needed
* Reliable, punctual, and organized
* Warm, engaging, and genuinely enjoys working with infants
