This VIP family is looking for a patient, caring, highly reliable full time nanny to help them raise two fantastic children (3 ½ years and 17 months). You should be punctual, dependable and adaptable to our family’s needs.

You will be responsible for managing the children’s daily schedules, including school, activities, meals and nap-time. You will also play with them, plan fun activities and read books with them. You will help them get ready for school in the morning and pick them up from preschool and activities in the afternoon. There is a nanny car provided for you to use. You must love cooking and feel incredibly comfortable in the kitchen. In addition to feeding the kids 2-3 meals a day, you will cook healthy, balanced meals daily, meal prep for the weekends, write a weekly grocery list, keep the kitchen clean and tidy which includes daily wiping down the countertops and sweeping fallen food, load and unload the dishwasher, and take out the trash when needed. You will also keep the kids’ bedroom and bathroom clean and organized, changing sheets on beds, washing laundry and replacing diaper pail as needed. In addition to these tasks, you will offer general support around the house by coordinating with delivery people and house cleaners. You will also feed their cat once or twice a day.

Weekly schedule is from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but you should be flexible enough to be willing to stay until 6pm if needed. The family will also need occasional late nights and weekend help. They would love for their nanny to travel with them when they do.

A relocation package will be offered to candidate's who reside outside of Santa Barbara. More details will be provided to candidate's who meet the job qualifications.
