Founded in 2006, VIP Nannies Inc., Household Staffing is a premier staffing and placement agency serving all of California, New York, select locations around the United States, and we place candidates with international families.

Rebecca Stewart, the founder & president of VIP Nannies Inc., Household Staffing, has a life long passion for securing nurturing, loving, and reliable help for the world’s busiest and most discerning clientele. 

With over 15 years of experience placing household staffing, and as a mother herself, Rebecca knows what it takes to find the highest quality professionals that can be trusted to provide Very Important People – like you – the very best for you and your family.

Originally from San Luis Obispo, California, her small-town authenticity and integrity, coupled with over 15 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in  Human Services from California State University, Fullerton. Rebecca has a deep understanding of the critical human connection and it shows in the care she takes in finding clients the best fit possible for their families.

Christine Flores
Recruitment Specialist

Christine is our Recruitment Specialist and has been a part of VIP Nannies for almost a decade.


In 2009, Christine immigrated from the Philippines to the US . She holds a degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippines. Her work ethic and dedication to VIP Nannies is unmatched. Christine is an avid cyclist, enjoys hiking, and is grateful for all the little adventures life has given her. She is a joy to have on our team. Everyone who meets Christine loves her. Her positive energy, smile, and laugh is contagious.

Isabella Chavez
Executive Assistant

Isabella is our Executive Assistant and is a recent addition to the VIP Nannies team.


A local Los Angeles resident, who just moved back from living in San Luis Obispo for the past 7 years as a live-in nanny. She holds a degree in Human Development from CSU East Bay. Isabella has excellent communication skills and always brings a positive attitude to the office. Isabella enjoys going to concerts and has a passion for cooking.

Danielle Ward
Marketing Coordinator

Danielle is our Marketing Coordinator.

Originally from San Luis Obispo, Danielle attended college at California State University Chico where she received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and was an active member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Fun fact: Danielle is Rebecca's youngest sister and grew up answering the office phone! She loves coffee, pilates, traveling, and making the yummiest healthy dinner recipes.

This is Cookie, Rebecca's family dog and sometimes our favorite greeter!
