Private, busy, and active parents are seeking an experienced, energetic, bright Daytime Nanny for their two school age children between the ages of 8 and 10 years old.
This position will work alongside an existing team that includes one daytime nanny and two nighttime nannies, as well as a fully staffed household. The role is primarily afternoons and evenings during the week, with a schedule of approximately 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Weekend shifts will be longer, typically 12+ hour days, so flexibility is essential.
This is a dream role for a nanny who loves to travel. The family travels frequently, both domestically and internationally, often on short notice. Candidates must be passport-ready and comfortable with the idea that plans may change quickly—today Los Angeles, tomorrow Europe. Summers are traditionally spent on the East Coast.
The ideal candidate is physically active, a strong swimmer, and fully comfortable supervising and engaging in aquatic sports and outdoor activities. Tech-savviness is important, as the nanny must be able to communicate efficiently and professionally with the household team using digital tools and platforms.
The family is seeking an authentic, trustworthy, and emotionally intuitive nanny with excellent communication skills—someone who knows how to read the room and adapt seamlessly to different environments. A background in Child Development, Education, or Behavioral Therapy is highly valued, though not required.
