Busy parents with demanding careers are seeking a professional, highly organized, and proactive Family Assistant / House Manager to support their household and care for their three school-age children.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is upbeat, positive, and genuinely enjoys working with children and supporting a busy household. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed to keep the home running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
* Pick up children from school and ensure safe transportation to and from activities
* Provide attentive supervision and support for three school-age children
* Assist with household tasks such as unloading the dishwasher, doing laundry, and tidying common areas
* Open and organize packages (e.g., deliveries such as Amazon orders)
* Maintain organization of household spaces, including pantry and closets
* Run errands as needed (groceries, returns, household supplies, etc.)
* Help coordinate schedules and keep daily routines on track
** No cooking however you may be asked to help with meal prep. (chopping vegetables or making
rice/quinoa). You will need to make sure the children have after-school snacks

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar Family Assistant, Nanny, or House Manager role
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Positive attitude with a “can-do” mindset
* Strong multitasking and time-management skills
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
*Comfortable managing both childcare and light household duties

Travel:
The family spends summers at their home in Los Angeles and would love for the Family Assistant / House Manager to travel with them during that time. Comfortable accommodations, including a private guest room, will be provided. You will maintain your regular 40-hour work schedule while traveling, and the family is happy to cover flights back to the Bay Area for weekends as desired.
***Travel to Los Angeles with the family during the summer months is optional. However, please note that this position is only active while the family is in residence, and compensation will not be provided during periods when you choose not to travel with them.
