A warm and welcoming family in Carpinteria (Santa Barbara) is seeking an experienced Family Assistant/House Manager to support their two school-age children and help keep their busy household running smoothly.

The general schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility required for occasional schedule changes, overnight care when the parents travel without the children, and vendor appointments.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: keeping the children's world organized, school pick-ups, driving to and from activities in Santa Barbara, assisting with homework, grocery shopping, call and schedule vendors, household errands, meal prep, and overseeing the care of the family's two beloved dogs, including walks and managing veterinary, grooming, and dog walker appointments.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, proactive, highly dependable, and genuinely loves both children and dogs. A clean driving record and the ability to confidently manage a dynamic household are essential.
