A warm, busy family with a newborn and a 6-year-old is seeking a dependable and proactive Nanny/Family Assistant. This role will primarily support the 6-year-old, with additional care for the newborn and general household assistance as needed.

The family is welcoming their first nanny and is looking for someone who can seamlessly become an extra set of hands as they adjust to life with two children. Dad works full-time, and Mom is overseeing a home remodel, so reliability, initiative, and a calm, helpful presence are key.

Daily Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:00a-7:00p

11:00 AM–2:30 PM:
Assist with newborn care as needed
Family assistant tasks such as:
Tidying and organizing children’s spaces
Managing children’s laundry
Running errands
Grocery shopping
Light household support related to the children

Afternoons (2:30 PM–7:00 PM):
Pick-up and care for the 6-year-old
Engage in age-appropriate activities, homework help, snack preparation, and after-school routines
Support with dinner and evening wind-down
Occasionally assist with both children depending on the family’s needs

Ideal Candidate:
Warm, patient, and confident working with both a school-aged child and an infant
Organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
Strong communicator who can support a first-time nanny family
Someone who enjoys being helpful, flexible, and part of a team-oriented household

*This is a live-out position; however the family will consider a live-in nanny for the right candidate
