A professional, dual-working family in Greenwich seeks an experienced Full-Time Nanny/House Manager to provide exceptional care for their 2-year-old and 5-month-old, while supporting the smooth functioning of their household. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative. This is a long-term position with a family who values reliability, excellent communication, and attention to detail.

Childcare Responsibilities:

* Provide safe, developmentally focused care for an infant and toddler
* Transport the 2-year-old to activities and classes; car provided
* Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate, enriching activities
* Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children
* Maintain routines, structure, and a nurturing environment
* Confidently supervise children around water (strong swimming skills required)

Household Responsibilities:

* Assist with daily household upkeep; maintain tidiness between housekeeper visits
* Light family assistance (dishes, children’s laundry, organization, meal prep)
* Run errands (grocery shopping, returns, household supplies, etc.)
* Walk the family’s dogs as needed
* Support daily household flow and serve as an extra set of hands for busy parents

Additional Expectations:

* Comfortable with pets (family has two Australian Shepherds, one cat, and guinea pigs)
* Flexibility to stay late on occasion
* Ability to travel with the family or housesit when they are away is strongly preferred
* Spanish-speaking candidates are highly desired but this is not a requirement
* Must be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail
* Patient, kind, and confident managing two young children
