A loving, hard-working family is seeking an experienced Nanny/Parent Coach to support their bright and energetic 5-year-old. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, confident presence and have experience helping children with emotional regulation, peer interactions, and behavioral challenges.
The child has not been formally diagnosed, but parents believe he may be on the spectrum and are looking for a nanny who can create structure, implement systems, and support consistency at home and school.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain daily routines, structure, and behavior systems
* Support emotional regulation and help the child navigate “big feelings”
* Guide positive behavior using gentle consistency and evidence-based strategies
* Collaborate with parents to ensure continuity and follow-through
* Support social skills, peer interactions, and positive communication
* Provide a patient, nurturing, and steady presence
* Assist with school pick-ups, activities, and age-appropriate engagement
* Light household tasks related to the child

Ideal Candidate:

* Background in child development, early education, behavioral therapy, or special needs care
* Experienced with children who show defiance, emotional dysregulation, or social challenges
* Confident setting boundaries and maintaining structure
* Warm, patient, emotionally intelligent, and collaborative with parents
* A “coach-minded” nanny who can guide parents on consistent strategies

Schedule: Monday to Friday 4:00p-8:00pm
