Brentwood Household is seeking an energetic, reliable, and experienced career nanny to join a collaborative team providing care for five children, ages 5–14. This role is part of a two-nanny team focused on creating a
nurturing, developmentally supportive, warm, well-structured, fun environment for school-aged and adolescent children in a dynamic, high-profile household. Candidates must be confident managing multiple children, skilled in respectful, age-appropriate communication, calm and creative in problem-solving. They must also balance active engagement with a discreet presence. You MUST have experience working in a fully staffed home and get along well with other nannies and housekeepers.

Duties include: Cooking breakfast lunch and dinner for all five children (simple meals like grilled cheese, spaghetti, chicken nuggets), supporting all aspects of children’s daily routines: school prep, activity transitions, homework, meals, wind-down, reinforcing household expectations, screen time limits, and children’s responsibilities with warmth and authority, transporting children to and from school, activities, or outings as needed (vehicle provided), maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces and children’s areas.


Schedule:
ROTA: 4 days on, 3 days off with 12-14-hour shifts
*Occasional overnight
