A warm, respectful, and fully staffed UHNW family based in Austin, Texas, is seeking an exceptional Full-Time ROTA Nanny to join their childcare team. The family has two young children, ages 1 and 3, and is looking for a polished, experienced career nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing engaging, nurturing, and developmentally focused care. The nanny will work collaboratively with the family's existing childcare team to ensure consistency, structure, and individualized support for both children.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience caring for infants and toddlers, enjoys creating enriching, play-based learning opportunities, and leads an active lifestyle. The family values a nanny who loves spending time outdoors, whether swimming, visiting parks, going on walks, or planning fun activities that encourage curiosity, confidence, and healthy development. A calm, patient demeanor, exceptional emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate the children's needs are essential.

Mandarin-speaking candidates will be given priority, but this is not a requirement. You must comfortable working in a high-profile, fully staffed household. The ideal nanny is polished, discreet, flexible, collaborative, and thrives as part of a professional household team. A college degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education or a related field, is highly desirable. Previous experience with domestic and international travel, as well as working with UHNW or high-profile families, is strongly preferred.

This position follows a firm 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off ROTA schedule. The family welcomes both local and fly-in/fly-out candidates. During working rotations, the nanny will reside in the family's home with a private bedroom and bathroom. For fly-in/fly-out candidates, all flights will be arranged and provided by the family.

The family maintains multiple residences throughout the United States and travels frequently both domestically and internationally, so candidates must enjoy travel and be comfortable maintaining routines while away from home.
